Well, I came across this amazing tool by Pagelever that shows you exactly that. Introducing Minilytics by Pagelever.
All you need to do is sign up at minilytics, then connect your facebook account and choose your fan page to measure the level of engagment by gender, content, and time.

If you have multiple pages, click on the “Change Page” at the top-right of minilytics page to choose the fan page of your choice for analysis.
